- Five minutes early. There is a chair by the window and a drink.
- Talk
- Ten minutes on what you want and what your hair will do. Photos welcome.
- Cut
- Forty minutes. Nobody else is booked behind you.
- Finish
- Hot towel, a proper look in the mirror, and the next appointment if you want it.
- Cancel
- By text, any time up to the morning of. No charge.
